Getting Around Downtown Seattle

In the heart of downtown Seattle, Hotel Theodore offers easy access to iconic attractions, acclaimed restaurants, vibrant shopping, and cultural landmarks. Nestled along the city’s lively Pike-Pine Corridor at 7th Avenue and Pine Street, our location puts you steps from Pike Place Market, the Seattle Art Museum, the Space Needle, Capitol Hill, and the waterfront.

Travelers arriving at SEATAC International Airport can reach us in about 25 minutes by car or by taking the Link light rail to Westlake Station. Amtrak’s Union Station is just over a mile away, and our central location also makes rideshare options simple. For added convenience, we offer valet parking, private town car service, and on-site electric vehicle charging.

Seattle’s Link light rail is one of the easiest and most affordable ways to explore the city, connecting the airport with downtown, the University of Washington, and Capitol Hill. The closest station to Hotel Theodore is Westlake Center, just two blocks away. Another quick option is the nearby Seattle Monorail, which provides a direct ride to Seattle Center and the Space Needle.
